Not impressed
We had called several times about issues with the house and each time we called they had no record of our calls or maintenance issues. We had to finally ask for a manager. We were ten days in the house before the kitchen sink, garage door, and dryer electric breaker were fixed. When we started our lease, day 1 we found multiple tacks, nails, and bad paint patches on the wall...just not impressed with this property management. When our lease is up, we will be moving and not using Darwin again.
