International purchase
I received two items (the jersey and the tank). There’s something wrong with the print. I wrote an email to seek for the help and got a reply within a few hours. The ASRV carefully read my letter and dealt with this right away. They explained some minor defaults happened when manufactured. They eventually dealt with this by sending me an official apology and a gift card. Though there’s a minor default on the print, I still wanna go on the purchases on ASRV App. That shopping experience was unique but impressive.
