Unfair/deceptive practices over charging
1. Shuttle never came to airport for pick up. . Had to pay another shuttle driver who kindly took us. Another group was waiting for an hour and a half. 2. The insistence to provide documentation of insurance is an issue many have. I had read about it and came prepared, but most people in the long line were agitated over this unfair business practice, and substantially increased chargers. It’s a bait and switch situation. 3. Denver toll road issues. They charged me for a toll of $6, and a $50 fee on top of it after the fact. Another unfair business practice and egregious fee. 4. Vehicle had some damage and was dirty. 5. There is a lack of customer service, both on site and corporate, that makes it impossible to communicate with their finance and payments department, and very difficult to reach anyone. They don’t answer their phones onsite, lines are long and everyone I noticed was agitated by their deliberately confusing and obfuscated policies. Customer service is an off shore contracted service which is incredibly unhelpful, by design. 6. Their policies are unfair to the consumer. I doubt they will be in business much longer. Don’t fall for the cheap pricing up front. It’s kind of a scam company, it seems.
