Poor online customer service
Poor online customer service. Ordered 4tyres online at well over £1000 and booked a time a week in advance for fitting. I took 1/2 day off work and drove to the fitting centre only to be phoned up when I was just around the corner saying that the tyres were not there and could I come in tomorrow. Do these people think you sit at home waiting for them to be ready? I phoned customer services who then sent me a mail offering a measly £20 e gift card. It’s already cost more than that taking 1/2 day off work and driving to the centre. I e-mailed explaining this but didn’t get a reply, some customer service I must say. I’ll try Kwik Fit in future. Still not had the tyres fitted. 🤷🏻♂️ Update, eventually after several phone calls from myself and a week later I managed to talk to someone in customer services that actually did something and took the case up for me resulting in a positive outcome.
