Sim doesn´t work, still taking money from card 2 months later
So I purchased a Lyca mobile sim in Poland to use in Ukraine. I bought lots of credit via card that supposedly worked in Ukraine (2 different types of roaming data as it was not obvious what the difference was) so that I would have enough to use on the bus to Kyiv and find an Uber or Bolt, and make it to my airbnb. When I arrived in Ukraine, it didn´t work. I told this to Lyca mobile and they just keep asking for my name, sim card number, phone number, recent calls, when I last bought credit, how I pay for credit over and over again, and now are asking for my PUK code. I have no idea as the sim card never worked, and I don't keep pieces of plastic lying around. They keep taking payments every month from my card and I have not even used their service. I can't use their app as my Google account is English, not Polish. And there is nothing I can do to stop them it seems, other than cancel my card or close my bank account.
