I have been unable to get my jewelry…
I have been unable to get my jewelry because of the restrictions placed by your company. You make it too difficult to get any packages. Most people have to work and are unable to be available for signature deliveries. I order a lot of items including jewelry from other vendors, but I have never seen the type restrictions placed that I can not pick up what I bought. I will not buy more items from your company because of these rules and restrictions.
