My electricity bill quadrupled all in one go since my initial quote. I have been off sick with physical and mental health issues and the increase in payments has been detrimental to this and have been reduced to half pay, due to my illnesses. I tried to reach out to Eon for help and advice (including my income and expenditure details) and was told that there was nothing that could be done about the increase from £60/month to £124.
