5-star service except for one little niggle...
This is the second time I have purchased on C&C and if it was not just for one little niggle with the process I would give them 5 stars. The niggle is not even C&C's responsibility. My bank, NatWest, actually refused to pay my money into the escro account. I had to transfer my money into my wife's Nationwide account and they had a 'I accept the risk' button to push on-line. I suggest that C&C make a short document that buyers can use to convince NatWest (maybe others) that the Escro account process protects the buyer.
