Sooooo Bad!
Wow…where to start. My daughter saw the car she wanted on line and I contacted these people to do the deal. Started off with a guy called Harj who once the deal was done disappeared, I’m told long term sick. A couple of things wrong with the car and trying to get them corrected was an absolute nightmare. In total I made 67 calls to try and get things sorted and was told lie after lie, promise after promise and NEVER called back. Jo in ‘after sales ’desperately needs some detailed training in how to look after people once the sales has happened…the irony when hold is listening to the ‘on hold’ information…haha laughable. I only wish I had read more reviews on this place as having bought quite a few cars over the time, this was very easily the least pleasurable experience I have ever had. My advice? Look elsewhere if you want a hassle free car buying experience! Avoid Oh and please don’t wait by the phone when they “I’ll get Jo to call you back..i promise” You’ll be sat there a VERY long time!
