After trying every "diet" under the sun…
After trying every "diet" under the sun over a span of probably 40 years I found PLT Nutrition. I literally can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Their approach is common sense, workable and most of all kind and truly caring. It is obvious from the Facebook group how much the owner and coaches genuinely care about the members, clients and non clients alike. I FINALLY feel like I've found the right approach after all these years. As a menopausal, type 2 diabetic it hasn't been easy or fast but I am confident that this time it is SUSTAINABLE!
