I ordered the test kit for my dog on Black Friday 2022 and then sent in and then never heard anything. So I had to log in to account and use the help chat. This is when Alex come on and sent me the email with the results on. To be honest I should have just been sent this and not waited this long to see if they was running behind. Won't use but happy with Alex help.
