AVOID IMO car wash (London Colney)
I visited IMO car wash (London Colney) the one in Sainsbury’s petrol station; bought my car wash and started my wash. In the middle of the process; the machines stopped and the customer service agent abruptly approached my car demanding (literally shouting) to open my window. He kept showing me the card machine, at some point I was able to read “transaction not authorised” and I realised he was demanding me to pay again. I took out my phone and showed him my card transaction accepted and he kept shouting at me “don’t show me that, your bank is going to give it back”; in the middle of the struggling situation I realised that the amount didn’t match, he was showing me someone else transaction not mine. I pointed that out and then the agent walked away; not even apologising. I replied back saying at least say sorry and he kept walking murmuring something. Customer service skills ZERO Manners ZERO Respect ZERO If you add that to the fact that the washing service is not that great (I know, you get what you pay) but it was the worst experience ever. Luckily, I was calmed and the situation didn’t escalate; but what will happen otherwise. Please, train your people. This is basic customer service; don’t need to be friends with the customers but at least treat them with respect.
