Give customers the ability to make manual payments against a bill, even if they have direct debit set up. Currently, the "Quick Payment" option adds funds to the customer's account, but the direct debit (if set up) still goes through, making it a double payment. Of course that direct debit overpayment is adjusted against the next bill(s), buy you get the gist. If a manual payment is made against an open bill, and the manual payment amount equals or exceeds the bill amount, the system should consider the bill paid up, and cancel the upcoming direct debit. I recently made such a manual payment, and had to write in to get you to cancel the upcoming direct debit. Manual payments help customers in case they situationally want to use an alternate payment method (such as credit card), and don't want their bank accounts touched for whatever reason for just that one bill.
