Unbelievably poor service.
So far it's been pretty awful. Data speeds are up and down like a yoyo. But the real kicker is I've lost my phone and voxi/vodaphone seem to have made it near impossible to order a new one. The Facebook AI just asks you the same questions over and over and ask you to login to your account which I can't do because I can't receive a one-time passcode to a phone I have lost! You call vodaphone and they refer you to the chat on the voxi website which is even more incompetent than the Facebook chat one! Why should it be so difficult/so far impossible to order a replacement SIM?? I'm paying monthly for the poorest service I've ever had from a company that's been in business for what... 25 years? You would think they would have cracked the customers service puzzle by now.
