Location is what is key here. Needs updating though.
The best part of this rental is the location. It’s really close to everything in a super quiet neighborhood. It’s the first time I stayed this close to the boards and I loved it! Everyone was really responsive with things too via text. Onto the negatives. I was pretty upset about how unclean it was upon arrival. Granted they did offer to come and clean it but some of the things just shouldn’t have been that way - coffee cups left on the from porch, gum stuck to chairs, gum wrappers,goldfish in drawers, and a bathroom in need of some severe updates. It was pretty strange that they only offered two rolls of toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels when we arrived, but did end up giving more. Additionally the app really needed to get updated - it took me a day and a half working with someone via text for them to give me the correct WiFi name and password. It just seemed like a lot of confusion there. Granted I would book with turnkey again but I wouldn’t book at this location. It needs some major love but their customer service is good and their prices are very reasonable.
