Extremely poor online experience

As others have said, there is zero recourse for online orders. I have been looking for my order for over 2 weeks. When I check, the site says they are still processing it. I have sent several emails but received no response other than the automated, “We have received your email. You should receive a reply in 48 hours.” Today I received an email cancelling part of my order. I called the number on the email, which led me to a recorded message that they are not receiving phone calls, please send an email. The in person experience is fine, but I doubt I will attempt an online order again. The only reason I even ordered online is because they did not have all of my items available for in store pickup so they offered me free shipping on the ones they could not fulfill in store. I ordered on Nov. 27 and received the cancellation notice on Dec. 15. Emails were sent on Dec. 5, 11 and 14. I have shopped at Jo-Ann for a long time and am very surprised at their lack of response.
