broken systems and poor customer support
applied and got approved for a credit card. they sent verification link but it didn't work. Was asked to go to branch. So I visited a branch at Bishopsgate. The branch lady said everything is perfect and id verification isn't required - even when I showed her the text message. Got back. And 30 mins later, they sent another text asking me to visit the branch for id verification!! I called customer service and they said they would need a least 15 mins to log the complaint. What a poor show! broken systems and poor customer support.
