Installer showed up on time and completed installation. Installation took longer than was expected. An issues with sediment in the old pipes caused a problem and the installer was able to address the problem. A testing of the water after installation would have been nice to see, but company says: "we dont normally do that" 4/5 stars: for the extended time required for installation and it required us to clean up a little afterwards.
