So far: thrilled
Honestly, I wasn't sure about using a foreign-based PC scanning company initially, but having read the reviews and learned that Bitdefender is trusted in the industry, I gave it a try. Bitdefender came highly recommended by the head of IT of one of my clients. When I ran into a major installation snag due to my own stupidity (!) I had need of customer service. The person I worked with was incredibly patient and helpful and solved my issue immediately.
