Beni connect has gone down hill big time
Used beniconnect for years But they have really gone down hill booked a return journey to & from Alicante airport paid by card payment taken & confirmed but no booking confirmation I’ve sent emails No reply’s & spoke via chat to Pauline who said she has now sent confirmation but guess what no confirmation I am pulling my hair out this transfer company is not fit for purpose ! A shadow of its former self
