We want a new Ford Kuga and went to Lookers Ford in Colchester. No one gave a dam about us so walked out. Came to John Grose and we were welcomed in and offered a drink straight away and was welcomed by Aaron who went through everything with us. Sorted what we wanted and ordered the car. Aaron left but Josh took over and it all went smoothly and we got the car before we thought. The collection and hand over was faultless. Would I recommend John Grose of course I would they were fantastic.
