Really really terrible
Really really terrible. They misread my meter and tried to charge me 900eur - ten times my normal bill. They were quite happy to take it out om my bank by DD. Took a month to get the right reading, many many phone calls to their 'helpline' always busy never a wait of less than 30mins and then the agents hung up on me three times! They never phoned back. I could go on but basically they tried to rob me. Lucky for me I had the means to chase them on it. They waived my bill of 59eur in the end. They loose it costs them 59...I loose it costs me 900 ... not a bad bet for them!
