Not Great!
Calls - Not great. Calls consistently failed to connect, would drop out mid call or take in excess of 30 seconds to connect (if at all). People had to WhatsApp me to get hold of me as they were told I was unavailable all the time. I live in a 5G area and previously with EE, so shouldn't really have any issues. Reading reviews on here, this seems to be a regular issue that CS blame the customer for. Customer Service - Didn't use so cannot comment. Price - Good, however, if you can't make or take calls it does raise a concern about value for money. App - Awful. Couldn't get passed the login screen so deleted straight away. Website - OK. History was slow to load, had to refresh a few times for it to show. My experience wasn't great, hence the 2 stars. Only stayed with them for just over a week due to the call issues. Thankfully porting number was relatively painless. Would I recommend these to anyone? No.
