Recently quit Voxi after nearly 6 years…
Recently quit Voxi after nearly 6 years of being a customer. Their customer service has always been poor, and has worsened recently both in terms of quality and availability. I finally decided to move after I saw that they were offering their best long term deals to new customers only. I asked them if I could also move to a better deal as it's only fair that customers that have been with the company for years also get these plans. They of course said no. So essentially you are taken for a fool if you stay with them for a long time. The rude customer service agent told me I could move elsewhere if I wanted and he could tell me how to get a PAC code. How thoughtful! Even getting my credit back from them was a long and tiring process. Anyway, have moved to another provider now, and my only regret is that I didn't leave Voxi sooner.
