ZERO stars. I purchased the unique neutral baby basket for my cousins first baby! It was a baby girl and this was clear that it was intended for a baby girl as I attached a message card to the basket. What was received was a completely different basket! None of the items matched what was on the picture. I contacted customer service and the case was handled by Quinton, worst customer service representative ever. And I work in the service industry! Would never treat my clients this way. Lack of empathy, did not do his best to rectify the situation just kept repeating terms and conditions and did not provide me with managers contact number or have them phone me. He kept reiterating the terms and conditions and I questioned why this isn’t stipulated on the page where customers proceed with their purchase. I get it if something needs to be substituted then fine but the whole basket? And worst of all, he points out that their team takes extreme care to ensure that all items in the basket are replaced as similar as possible. So you would think more neutral things would be selected in place of the items that were unavailable for the basket. Nope! A basket with a raggedy raccoon, orange, blues and green coloured clothing. They didn’t even take the time to investigate who this was intended for!!! Clearly for a baby girl. So pretty much just wasted $170 on this basket because their team is too incompetent to replace items that are similar as to what is provided on the picture. Obviously misleading their customers. They don’t put their last names in the emails because they clearly do not want to be accountable. STAY AWAY and SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! There are so many other better basket services that would treat their customers better and who know how to handle these types of situations. Hazeltons IS A SCAM!
