Boiler Service - Never Again
I got my Boiler serviced and it broke down inside the warranty period of 60 days. As it broke down on a Saturday night i could not make contact until Monday. As the 60 days expired on Sunday they refused to accept the warranty and insisted that I pay for the subsequent callout. Their customer service was completely unapologetic and not willing to discuss the issue. It will be the last time I will use them for a service in the future.
