Bereavement Team review
Efficient and compassionate over a couple of seperate phone calls today with various agents to amend some personal details and remove a named driver , some agents names I could not unfortunately remember, the one I do remember is David from the Bereavement Team. I see complaints online about admin fees - this is not exclusive to Geoffrey Insurance, they all do this. I have no issue with this and accept the fees. Would like to add that the policy is extremely good value and the application process very straightforward and brief. Because of all this I will most likely renew with them.
