Friendly service and great rates
Great value rental car (Fiat Punto Compact), especially when compared to other companies. We (2 of us) had one for 2 weeks while travelling the West Coast of the South Island in April and it did exactly what was asked of it. Cheap as chips to run too. Also, every staff member we spoke with was happy and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. In my opinion this goes a long way in having faith in the company and their products, and makes it a damn site nicer when dealing with them, rather than with someone who's just punching the numbers.
