Quick Response, Excellent Service
I was stuck on the side of the A 27, where 2 lanes were going into 1 & then the whole road was closed for road works. I called Dynamo, they were very attentive and a recovery vehicle was despatched very quickly. In spite of the backlog of traffic for miles, Chris arrived well within the hour from my initial call to Dynamo CS. He thoroughly checked everything relevant to the problem, made me feel more relaxed and answered my questions/explained things. He said he would follow me for part of my onward journey to ensure all was ok.I had a very positive experience with Dynamo breakdown cover and couldn’t fault them. CS kept in touch with me every 15 minutes.
