Getting worse. Content is fine, it's the actual stream that sucks. Now, the channel guide will kick you out if you don't decide what you want to watch within about 10 seconds. Their "support" says the same thing over and over: check your internet connectivity, restart your device, make sure you have the latest update, blah blah blah. It's not our Internet, it's not an update issue. It's simply poor management of the application. Free shouldn't equal poor quality. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all.
