Poor communication
After initial appointment there was no contact untill 2 days before installation. We weren't notified of actual price or that we were approved for the finance to continue to installation. We were told a certified person would arrive before installation to discuss and map where installation would be placed, that didn't happen and no contact. When installers arrived they had no idea where to install system or the system that was to be installed included a battery. The installers had a spare battery that was not allocated or suitable for our residence, however with some sensible ingenuity it was made fit. We are unsure if we have the system we were quoted and have not received an itemised bill to compare against financial contract and energy provider. Financed amount is also exorbitantly high than the amount we were verbally quoted, written amount quote was to be informed during system mapping before installation, which didn't happen. The day of installation the contractors, although uninformed and ill prepared, were polite, efficient and their quality of workmanship was impressive even though they were handicapped.
