Lost Payment So Can't Refund
They charged me for an extra year of membership, then somehow lost the transaction to refund me.. I worked harder than their team to get my money back since all they did was to send me a couple emails saying "sort it out with your bank because we can't return your money" Outrageous and incompetent. I will be avoiding doing anything with this company ever again. Absolute jokers.. Not professional, how do you lose payments made into your company's account.
