Don't bother!
I have had 3 sims in 3 different devices over the last couple of months. All were working well until one of the sims (in my phone) suddenly was unable to make or receive calls. I have made numerous attempts to get through to customer services, you get cut off or have to queue for ages only to be told they're too busy and to call back later! I've emailed, fb messaged and raised tickets several times and so far not had a single reply. On the one occasion I actually spoke to an actual person, was just really fobbed off and told my sim is active and ok. I've turned my phone off/on, manually reconnected to the network as advised, it works for a while and then loses connection again. I've previously been on EE and 1p networks with no signal problems whatsoever, so don't understand what the problem is. Today I got through to someone on live chat who again tell me all is OK when it's not! Their advice is to take the sim out and reinsert which worked for all of 5 minutes. Also the app is now not working correctly. My 3 sims are duplicated in the app for some reason, and you can't now see any history or payments etc. I just can't be bothered with all this hassle and all the time I've wasted trying to get it across to them that there is a problem, so I'm afraid I'm off elsewhere and I do not recommend unless they improve customer service, app and phone problems.
