Exceptional customer service!
Had a great experience with customer service agent (James) when I requested a refund due to an inaccurate prescription. He not only refunded me for the three unopened boxes BUT also for the opened box. I was blown away! He suggested I donate the remaining contacts(from the opened box) to a local optician rather than throwing them out. Love the paying-it-forward action. More companies should understand that movements like this will KEEP a customer during this time of intense competition. Well done, Kits! Look forward to more business with you soon!
