Use them, they're amazing!
I can honestly say having moved a number of times that Lextons are by far the best estate agency I have ever come across. The entire team are excellent, super efficient, friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I liked Peter from the minute I met him and knew I wanted them to sell our place. He totally knew the sort of buyer who would suit us and George sold our place before it even made it to market and at the full asking price. What more could you ask for? Karen joined after we were already under offer, picked up the sales progression straight away and ran with it. She has been a total star, really helpful when we had some tricky moments. Her calm and professional wisdom kept everything on track. We have now exchanged and cannot wait to start the next chapter of our lives. I recommend Lextons 100% to anyone. They are utterly brilliant.
