There were issues with the confirmation of payment and pass confirmation letter.
There were issues with the confirmation of my payment e.g. I was contacted to tell me my payment had not been made even though I had received confirmation of payment when this was made. I was then subsequently notified it had been made. I had to chase the confirmation letter of my passing the exam. This was due to CST sending some emails to an email address ending in .com and not co.uk as I had confirmed to CST. All this caused me to contact CST by telephone on numerous occasions to sort out problems of CST making.
