Delivery & Communication dire
Ordered everal goods, no tracking provided. No email to advise when delivery will happen. Days go by and still waiting for goods. Online customer service simply does not exist. I've shopped in store and like their stores. However I think their Directors do not have the intelligence regards online shopping, the importance of communication with clients and a total inability to set up a proper home delivery service. They use 3rd party delivery like EVRI which then because its 3rd party Home Bargains have little control. The Board of directors obviously have little to no experience of home delivery and are seriously incompetent regards that part of their overall operations. Serious delays to delivery just frustrate and annoy clients who then do not order again.
