Beware of cancelled orders!
This is my second purchase through Grade Mobile and I used them again because of my good experience first time round. However, I just want to urge caution... I ordered a refurbished iPhone a few days ago. I received an email stating the order as pending and then a few minutes later another stating the order was confirmed with a delivery estimate of the next day. Roll forward a few days and I find an email in my junk folder which read like an auto response to a customer service query, which confused me as I hadn't raised an enquiry. But then I scrolled down the message and at the bottom was another message advising that due to low availability my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded! So my cautions are: Don't assume that a 'confirmed order' is actually confirmed and going ahead! Be careful to check your junk mail for updates and scroll to the bottom of the email to get to the actual message! And if your order is cancelled, expect to be out of pocket for a few days, because refunds can take up to 3 days! Overall, great value deals if they can fulfil them, but poor customer service experience
