I must admit that Prime Property Management company is a much better company compares with our last one, in terms of quick response, friendliness and help of enquires. They are transparent and honest. Its website is so easy to understand and simple to operate. When I tried to find out details regarding to this years service charge. Lauren Bennett, the manager of our block is always ever so helpful and replies quickly, even though I later found out that I had asked the same question before and she had already given me the answers.
