Completed online order for a roof rack…
Completed online order for a roof rack (Carracks). Money was taken but no order number given. After much research I was able to contact, via email, the parent company Micks Garage (as confirmed by them). After a number of emails I was promised a refund. Refund was not received. Escalated through PayPal and fortunately thereafter received a refund after prerequisite period waiting for a nil response from the seller. I have remained factual in this update. I will leave readers to draw their own conclusions.
