a scam buisness
a scam buisness. Ordered there and the first package was totally wrecked and broken . they sent me a new package and same problem there. but this is not the big problem the problem is that i choose to pay with klarna and thank god for that atleast. I got promised from zoo plus a discount of 40 % but only if i send in my bank account number and iban number. i wrote them back that i pay with klarna so they can just fix it on that bill. they did not answer that. i contacted klarna support and they started a case. klarnas contact with zooplus enden with that zooplus cancelled the whole bill . But after it was cancelled they started bombing me with private messeges and sending letters that i nedd to pay them the money so we dont get any bad things between. I contacted klarna again and they say this is not legal and they chose themself to cancel the bill and have no right to sent me spam mails and letter of an bill that is already cancelled. I will go forward and make an case of this with the recommendations from klarna itself, and they are doing one from theirs side too. This has been going on for over 3 months now SO DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE
