I would rather you tell me no
I did an application for a few homes one guy was helpful in the South Carolina department. He stayed in contact with me. But the North Carolina department I have YET to be in touch with a agent although my application was approved and although the house I inquired about was AVAILABLE N NOT PENDING OR LEASED seems to MYSTERIOUSLY be rented over night. I was the last person to talk about the property before they closed at business day and the first to call early when they opened. If they didn’t want to rent a NICE property to me I would rather someone say that. It’s been 5 days and I STILL have yet to hear from a agent even after reaching out to the corporate office. How is someone renting homes but can NEVER be reached? It’s not like they have to physically go out and view the properties.
