I would have given zero if possible. This is quite frankly the worst energy supplier, and one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to cross. Their email auto response which dates back to covid times (we are experiencing an extremely high bla bla bla) gives you an indication of how low to set your expectations. The latest was when they sent me a Rewards offer of flowers for Valentine’s day - lovely touch. Completed the online form + optional ecard. Valentine’s day has now come and gone with no sign of any flowers, and worse, no indication on the webpage that this transaction ever existed, so no way to chase up where they were in the system - or not as is seemingly the case here. I have now been waiting over a month for my previous complaint to even be escalated to senior management, so I am not holding my breath on this one. Avoid this company like plague, 83% of 158 giving 1 star is a clear indication of the service levels to expect.
