Unfortunately I can say nothing good…
Unfortunately I can say nothing good about PCS legal. Firstly, they were extremely poor at communicating. We had solicitors and other members of the estate agent team and even other buyers in the chain attempting to contact them to no avail. We were met with no response on multiple occasions, no answer on many others and excuse after excuse why calls were missed. Thankfully these were not our solicitors, however they were solicitors to people in our chain and their constant lack of reply and constant need to be chased to complete any tasks meant that opposed to exchanging in March, it lead to an exchange in May. Not only this, but on the agreed day of exchange, someone realised that their clients hadn't signed documentation needed... on the day of exchange. When we finally did exchange, our solicitor had to ring them several times before they got a reply. Save yourself a lot of worry and expense and pick another solicitors who will be reliable, helpful and supportive.
