Beware of Rula
I am a therapist at Rula and have been for over a year. Rula is very unprofessional and really don't know what they are doing. Recently information about my was disseminated to quality assurance and the information was completely inaccurate. I had not seen some of the clients since summer and was accused of needing to write current notes on them. I researched the problem and found that those clients were seeing other therapists and I was not even the one seeing them. They blocked my account and would not give me any new clients over this misinformation. This is only one problem I've had in many. They say that someone will address the issue and contact you within 48 hrs and to date I have never heard from anyone about any issue I have had. I make the company look pretty incompetent when the therapist has to do QUALITY ASSURANCE job by researching and verifying misinformation. Yes pretty incompetent. I would caution and therapist not to get involved with Rula. I would caution persons looking for therapy to contact their local therapeutic practitioners in their area as many do operate on online platforms. This way they are local and if you have a problem they are available to speak with when you have a problem. I have tried alma and headway as well and these platforms were even worse. Sorry to inform all of you but I want therapist and clients to get the best care they can. Rula headway and alma are not the ones.
