I received an online order of 49x10kg…
I received an online order of 49x10kg bags of coal. But it never happened. What i received was a sealed pallet. I removed the plastic. What i actually got was 42 bags and 2 damaged ones each about half full or less. sent emails, hours on the phone. Was asked to send a picture of damaged bags. Unfortunately bin man had already taken the bags and the loose coal is in the scuttle. Beckie insisted i still supplied pictures of damaged bags. I said the only way i can do this is to rip up some good bags and photograph them. Which would be dishonest. It is bad enough having my heating allowance removed by the new government. Now im getting ripped off by a company my wife and i use all the time. I am now trying to contact Tom Morris.
