Horrific con artists
Horrific con artists. Ordered a new phone on a monthly contract and was given a delivery date of the following day, delivery was apparently attempted (although I was on the driveway, so quite how they managed to slip past me I'm not 100% sure...), and rearranged. I contacted Voxi customer services who were rude, dismissive and not at all helpful, swerving my questions and generally responding like a well versed politician. I then received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and was being returned to Voxi. I again contacted customer services to find out why and again was met with a dismissive attitude, no reason given and to be told I would receive an email within 48hours. I did indeed an email that my order was cancelled due to them not being able to accept my payment method (despite the fact that the payment method was an option on the website, and they had in fact miraculously managed to receive the funds!). Fast forward a week and I've not been refunded (£550!) and have received a 'Welcome to Voxi' email! I've contacted customer services again to check that my account is actually being closed and AGAIN have been met with a dismissive attitude, telling me refunds take 3-5 working days, and that my account is still open. Customer service is horrific, agents are rude, abrasive and generally go out of their way to be unhelpful. And still, my battle to close my account and get my money (which they stated they couldn't access...) back.
