Great Customer Service I was at wits end trying to sort out the submission of the meter readings of my FIT meter. While reviewing the exchange of emails, I chanced upon an email from Ms A Giffy who seemed more helpful than the other repondents. Giffy was not only extremely efficient, but also polite and friendly. Having grasped the issues with my account she quickly advised on the course of action that she would be taking in order to get things resolved, and even followed up with an email. Great experience of their customer care team, and a 5 star appreciation of Ms A Giffy. Thanks!
