Shocking customer service!!
Placed an order and the item arrived faulty. Contacted customer service and waited a day for a response, to be told that they can’t replace faulty items and that I’d need to return it to a store for a refund. Not only that, when I asked if I could order a replacement with free delivery, they informed me it wasn’t possible and that they don’t provide free delivery options. Utterly bemused and shocked at the poor service. Why would you make your customers pay for delivery and send faulty items knowing that that have to return them?!
