Horrible Company
This company is terrible! After ordering an eSIM, I waited 4 days with nothing. When I asked about it, they just said "it's coming soon." I checked again the next day and suddenly there was a "processing error." Their messaging system is a nightmare - it times out every 2 minutes, and they don't offer phone or email support. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago and still nothing. When I follow up, they ask ME for proof of payment and whether it's "pending or complete" - shouldn't they know this? What legitimate business asks customers to prove they paid? Save yourself the headache and go with another company. I still don't have my eSIM or my refund, and their customer service is impossible to deal with. Don't waste your time or money here.
